Headquartered in Shenzhen with operational branches extending to Beijing and Shanghai, Shenzhen ONEWE Design Co., Ltd. was established in 2004, marking the beginning of its engagement within China's commercial design sector during a period of rapid retail and corporate space expansion. Now progressing through its second decade of continuous operation, ONEWE Design has positioned itself as an influential and representative entity within the contemporary commercial design landscape, having accumulated recognition through various international design awards throughout its trajectory. The organization brings together a team whose collective expertise spans more than 10 years of intensive work within the international commercial space service industry, encompassing everything from initial site assessment and conceptual development through to final implementation and operational optimization.
With nearly 2 decades of commercial design experience, our founder Anne has a keen nose for design and far-reaching industry vision. She has lead ONEWE to pioneer the whole industry and constantly pushes for self-innovation. Winner of international design awards such as the gold medal of the “SHOP! Global Awards”, also informally known as the Oscars of the retail industry, for four times since 2018, Anne has become the youngest designer with to hold the most awards in her industry. In 2021, as the only representative of the interior design industry, she was selected to represent China at the BRICS Summit.
By taking every design seriously and maintaining rigorous attention to detail throughout each engagement, ONEWE progressed from a studio with just a few staff members during its founding phase to the design company with dozens of members it is today, demonstrating substantial growth within the competitive design industry landscape. ONEWE Design strives to complete every project entrusted to them by their many clients spanning diverse sectors including technology, consumer goods, healthcare, and retail, with particular focus on solving complex visual communication and product design challenges that require deep understanding of market positioning and user behavior.
